Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (such as custom sculptures or specially customized apparel).

• Items that are damaged or altered after delivery by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please submit a withdrawal request for your original order and place a new order online.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@fredbornstudio.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
