Shipping policy

Once your order has shipped, I will send you a confirmation note.

- Shipping includes a tracking ID.

- EU customers should expect to receive their item between 3 - 7 days.

- Once the order has been shipped international customers can expect to receive their order between 10 - 21 days, unless they are delayed by Customs.

- Any taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Fred Born Studio is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. If the package is returned back to Fred Born Studio, and the customer would like the package to be re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fee.

Refused Package

If the customer package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fee.
